Roadmap

What's next for LyncView

We update this when priorities shift. Items in "Now" are being actively built. "Next" is designed and queued. "Later" is on the list but no commitment yet — feedback shapes priority.

Now

In active development

Custom domain on client portals

Let your clients log into portal.youragency.com instead of lyncview.com. White-label completion.

Mobile app (iOS + Android)

Native apps with push notifications for task assignments and client comments. PWA in the meantime.

Slack integration

Send notifications to a Slack channel on key events. Native integration, not just webhooks.

Next

Designed and queued, building soon

Embedded client invoicing

Send Stripe invoices directly through the client portal. Clients pay without leaving LyncView.

Two-factor authentication

TOTP-based 2FA for owner and worker accounts.

Calendar two-way sync

Bookings and project deadlines sync to Google Calendar / iCal in real time, both directions.

QuickBooks integration

Push time entries to QuickBooks invoices automatically.

Real-time monitoring on /status

Replace the manually-maintained status page with automatic incident detection.

Later

On the wish list, no committed timeline

Native Zapier integration

Currently possible via webhooks; native triggers + actions are easier for non-developers.

Public API write endpoints

Currently API is read-mostly. Add task creation, comment posting, etc.

Advanced reporting

Time-by-client, profit-per-project, team utilization. Currently raw data is exportable; visual reports next.

AI: outbound drafts

AI doesn't just match incoming emails — it drafts your responses to clients based on project context.

SOC 2 Type II certification

Already operate to the controls; formal audit and certification when revenue justifies it.

Have a request?

We prioritize based on customer demand. If something on this list would unblock you, or you don't see something you need, tell us. Email gets read; we're a small team.
